Healing Your Ancestral Lineage
This program will be offered again in Autumn of 2022

The one thing we all have in common is that we all have ancestors. And they are not just those that we remember or other family members remember. Our ancestors go way, way back. And just like us, they lived full and rich lives that had beautiful experiences as well as those of trauma, struggle and strife. Some of our ancestors never got the chance to overcome these struggles. Science has proven that within our very DNA some of this is imprinted and we carry that energy into our daily life.

In this 16 week program, you will be introduced to a number of ways in which to connect with your ancestors. You will explore different approaches to honoring them, possibly incorporating family heirlooms, telling stories, shamanic journeying to them and more. Additionally, you will be taught rituals and ceremonies that will help build and deepen your connection with them to aid in the healing and to unblock stagnant energies. You will also learn how different cultures view death and the relationship with ancestors. You will explore how to restore the energy that has been broken down by conflict. You will explore how family dynamics, addictions, and personality traits are influenced by our ancestors. Eventually you will be taught how to heal your lineage from a shamanic perspective. These techniques can be used on yourself, your family and even taught to others.

Each week, as a student of this program, you will receive 2 lessons that will be posted on a private page here on the website. (A secure password will be given to you at the beginning of the program.) Additionally, you will receive a monthly private one on one phone call with me to discuss your revelations in the program, your connection with your ancestors and any personal questions you may have.

I will also post a monthly video that will help to enhance the work you are doing within the program, whether it be a healing ritual, or an example of an ancestral altar, for example.
